What I can offer.

Professional integrity and a deepening of my skills and understanding with regular post graduate training.

Fascination with how the body is able heal itself and a love of helping people achieve this.

Years of experience studying and teaching yoga to support you with self-care tools.

Decades of working with a diverse range of young and older people in teaching contexts.

Regular Qi Gong practice that tunes me into a state of harmony and quiet.

Maturity and sensitivity derived from raising a daughter, caring for grandchildren, making changes of direction in life, and knowing the value of following that which makes us feel alive

I feel privileged to work in a field where, again and again, I can experience the expression of our body’s natural intelligence and orientation to health, and to support and acknowledge clients as they move into greater inner resourcing and balance.

Inclusion of All

I am committed to making this therapy available to all people and am open to discussing cost and payment flexibility if this is important to enable you to receive sessions.

This commitment was the impetus for establishing a monthly clinic at MPHS Community Charitable Trust in Henderson, offering treatments to women that might otherwise find them unaffordable.

Professional Position

Registered professional practitioner of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Executive committee member of the PACT (Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapy)

Diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, awarded by Body Intelligence.

Assistant tutor in Body Intelligence Craniosacral Training Courses.

Enriched by many post graduate courses that I regularly attend.
